Technically, for every new email address we receive a message from, an automatic customer account is created. Whether you log in or ignore it has basically the same effect - with the difference that the sender(s) can very easily track past conversations with our teamCORE by logging into the support portal. This is very useful especially for orders or material repairs.


Unfortunately it is not possible for our ticket system "Freshdesk" to delete your account without marking your email address as spam at the same time, so that we cannot receive any messages from this email address. These would be marked as spam as soon as they arrive and would not be displayed to us at all.


Of course you can ignore the automatic welcome email completely and never have to log in anywhere. Then it would have the same effect for you as if you had no account, but this communication channel with us would still be secured.


If you wish to delete your account, we would be happy to do so, but please note that you will not be able to send us any more emails from this email address.
